Registered Psychotherapist, CRPO
ABOUT ME
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC and a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, with a Master of Counselling degree and a personal background in high-performance sport. My approach to counselling is person-centred and collaborative, with an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported - empowering them to make meaningful change in their lives.
As a former elite hockey player and now high-performance coach, I understand firsthand the psychological challenges that can come with sport, including performance anxiety, self-doubt, fear of making mistakes or failing, negative thoughts, and identity struggles. My own journey informs my passion for helping others build confidence, resilience, and mental clarity and strength, whether you are an athlete, high performer, or someone navigating stress and pressure.

Much of my work focuses on performance enhancement, confidence building, stress management, focus, motivation, and reconnecting with purpose and enjoyment. I believe that well-being and performance are deeply connected, and I’m committed to supporting individuals and teams in developing the mental tools they need to thrive - both in sport and in life.
